The Epiphone 1960 Hummingbird Reissue is a loving recreation of one of the most iconic acoustic guitars ever made. Now, Epiphone, in collaboration with Gibson Custom, brings the Hummingbird’s legacy to life in an accessible yet faithfully crafted reissue that blends vintage styling with modern performance-ready features.

Built with all solid tonewoods, the 1960 Hummingbird Reissue features a thermally aged spruce top paired with solid mahogany back and sides, producing a voice that’s warm, rich, and incredibly dynamic. Scalloped X-bracing and a traditional square shoulder body shape help project a balanced tone that’s equally suited for soft fingerpicking, aggressive rhythm work, or melodic soloing. The one-piece thermally aged mahogany neck is shaped to a comfortable rounded profile and capped with a bound Indian rosewood fretboard, featuring classic mother-of-pearl split parallelogram inlays.
