Killer bass. It's super light and the pickup is diabolically hot. Loudest bass I have by far. Sounds fat as hell and has great articulation and transient.
I'm continually blown away by the build quality Sterling achieves. This thing feels great and has held up really well.

It's got 3 upgrades:

• Hipshot licensed Ultralite Tuners - Makes this bass even lighter and makes the balance great.
• Seymour Duncan Potentiometer - The way that the volume pots are wired in these basses is to give a HF roll off more than a volume roll of. So as you turn it down it primarily acts as a tone knob until the last ~30% which then rapidly lowers the volume. So putting a higher quality pot in here improved that the smooth roll of and continuity. The SD pots are great quality and hold up really well.
• Fret ends have been filed down so they won't slice up your hands.

Comes with original gig bag & tuners.
