Selling a Manley Reference Cardioid Tube Microphone in like-new condition.
This mic has been barely used and absolutely babied. It has spent the vast majority of its life safely stored in its case in my studio and has never been subjected to touring or heavy commercial use.
The microphone has been upgraded with a Mullard 12AT7 tube, which I preferred for its smoother, less aggressive top end while retaining the detail and character the Ref C is known for.
The original stock Manley tube is included, so it can easily be returned to the original configuration if preferred.
Details:
- Manley Reference Cardioid tube condenser microphone
- Barely used / like-new condition
- Kept safely stored in its case
- Studio-owned and carefully maintained
- Upgraded Mullard 12AT7 tube
- Original Manley stock tube included
- No touring or road use
Selling only because it isn't getting enough use in the studio.
