Richard Gray Power Company RGPC Substation 2000s - Metal

Richard Gray 120 volt RGPC substation.

RGPC Power Delivery Systems enhance the performance of your audio/video equipment by delivering cleaner power, reducing noise, and providing surge protection

You'll experience clearer sound, richer visuals, and better protection for your gear all without restricting the power your system needs to perform at its best.

Designed primarily for premium audiophile audio/video systems, demanding home theaters, and power amplifiers, it serves as an electrical "substation" inside a home or studio to provide completely clean, isolated power. Some of the Key Features & Technology are:

• Galvanic Isolation: It uses an AV-grade 2.4 kW isolation transformer with magnetically coupled primary and secondary copper coils. Because there is no direct electrical connection, it completely blocks high-frequency line noise and eliminates hum-inducing ground loops.
• High Efficiency: Unlike traditional power conditioners that bottleneck current, it boasts a >97% power transfer efficiency, making it ideal for high-current equipment like power amplifiers.

The Richard Gray's Power Company RGPC SubStation is an audiophile-grade AC power purification, isolation, and balanced surge protection system. Key Features & Technology

• AC Isolation & Purification: Uses AV-grade magnetic transformer design and galvanic-derived grounding to eliminate ground loops and block electrical pollution from other equipment.
• Surge Protection: Employs an All-Mode Balanced Surge Protection Design (SPD) for bidirectional protection and reduced ground interference.
• Outlets & Build: Features commercial-grade Hubbell outlets (4 NEMA 5-20R or 5-15R depending on model), weighs roughly 70 lbs, and operates with high efficiency (>97%).
• MSRP & Models: Standard SubStation units retail around $2,995 to $3,895.
