1957 WFL Ludwig 5.5x14 Model 491 Supreme Concert snare drum. 3 ply African mahogany with maple re-rings. 5.5" x 14" Comes with original P-83 strainer which works fine, and a new P-88 which is currently on the drum. Also comes with the original snare wires and a new set of Vic Firth Vintage snares. The hardware is all NOB and original. Shell is in round, no extra holes. Heads are Diplomats. Anthony DeFusco cleaned up the edges. Looks like someone glued the inside seam decades ago. For some years now, this has been my go-to snare for my quartets and trios. It's warm, polite, takes brush work wonderfully. Thanks!
