READ CAREFULLY! This item is virtually brand new. I opened it and tested it and then repackaged it.

It is perfect except for it has a known problem with Behringers first run. The top 6 highest notes, what I would refer to as F#7 to C8 can sometimes have a pop or slight crackle when played. It doesn’t always happen. It is completely random, though it seems to happen most often on longer held notes. All the rest of the notes are fine and perfect. I guess it was some sort of glitch in the first VCO’s they used.

I personally don’t think it matters much as these synths in my opinion excel most in the mid and low range. I mean you are talking the highest notes possible on this synth. You would only play these if you were trying to hurt peoples ears.

So, if you want a great deal on a brand new synth and can handle this odd quirk this is the deal of a lifetime.
Everything is included in the box as if it was brand new. I never opened any part except for the box and the synth itself as I have more than one Proton I just used my own power source and cables to test it. Synth has been repackaged as if unopened.
