G&L USA ASAT Classic Thinline Semi Hollow Guitar 2 Tone Goldburst

G&L USA ASAT Classic Thinline Semi Hollow Guitar in 2-Tone Goldburst

The G&L USA ASAT Classic Thinline delivers the warm, woody midrange articulation and feedback-free resonance that define semi-hollow design, wrapped in a lightweight body engineered for both fingerpicking finesse and aggressive rhythm work. Built in the USA with Hard-rock Maple construction and dual G&L MFD ASAT Classic Single Coil pickups, this guitar responds with equal authority across jazz, indie rock, alternative, and classic rock applications. The stunning 2-Tone Goldburst Metallic finish improves with age and player wear, making each instrument visually distinct.

Tone and Electronics

Dual G&L MFD ASAT Classic Single Coil pickups deliver the characteristic clarity and woody midrange definition G&L is known for, cutting through without harshness. The 3-Way selector with Volume and Tone controls provides essential tonal shaping, while the Boxed Steel bridge with 6 saddles ensures stable tuning and responsive string vibration transfer across the entire frequency range.

Playability and Construction

The thinline body achieves surprising sustain and responsiveness without feedback constraints, sitting naturally across your lap for extended sessions. A Hard-rock Maple neck with Modern Classic profile (.820"-.870") and 9.5" radius provides a comfortable, familiar playing surface, while the 1 11/16" Bone nut and Medium Jumbo frets with Black Face Dot inlays enable precision and expressive technique across the entire fingerboard.
