The pedal is in perfect working condition and functions flawlessly. Cosmetically, it is in excellent condition, with only minimal signs of use.

The Olivera is Strymon’s take on the unusual sound of vintage oil-can echo units from the late 1950s and 1960s. Rather than delivering a conventional tape-echo character, it produces darker, softer and more fluid repeats with a distinctly modulated, almost “liquid” quality.

Its sound ranges from short, murky vintage echoes to lush, atmospheric repeats and dense textures that can approach reverb-like territory. That makes the Olivera especially interesting for Ambient, Shoegaze, Post-Rock, Psychedelic, Alternative and experimental music.

Despite its vintage inspiration, the Olivera offers the modern connectivity and control expected from Strymon, making it easy to integrate into both simple and advanced pedalboard setups.
