I am the original owner. This was mostly purchased as an investment but was almost exclusively used in my smoke free studio on some vanity projects and on several remote classical recordings (mostly at Carnegie Hall NYC). I was present and hands-on whenever it was used.

It is in pristine condition.

If you are considering this you probably are familiar with the stellar sound and unique flexibility this mic offers. 

Nonetheless, in case you are interested, here's my experience with it:

To my ears this microphone has one of the smoothest omni's I have heard. I have used just the omni in conjunction with my Josephson C700S (also for sale) as half of a stereo spaced omni pair for a small ensemble in a very good room and it really did the trick.

I've had success with it on both male and female Vox (always with a wind screen). It takes "a minute" to get right but with a good singer and just the right polar pattern there is a sweet spot between some added body and transparency that works very well.

It's also great for tracking complex instrumentals like piano. It has also served me well as a room mic on several sources including drums .

When tracking time is limited the ability to change polar patterns in post in a completely variable way (essentially through all 9 "steps" from omni to figure 8) has come in very handy, as has the option to EQ the two outputs differently.
