Build a complete guitar or bass signal chain in one compact stompbox. Chaos Audio Stratus combines custom AI effects generation, multi-effects processing, Neural Amp Modeler amp modeling, cabinet impulse responses, a five-minute looper and a chromatic tuner.

Start with 19 included effects, from overdrive and distortion to delay, reverb, modulation, compression and EQ. Arrange multiple effects in the Chaos Audio app and save your sounds as presets. Chain capacity depends on the processing load of the effects you choose.

Create new sounds with AI FX Builder by describing the effect you want. Every Stratus includes 30 AI builds per month without a required subscription for those builds. Explore over 600,000 NAM amp and pedal captures through TONE3000, load your own models and add cabinet IRs. With the latest firmware, Stratus supports up to three NAM A2 Lite blocks in one chain.

Use the iOS or Android app over Bluetooth to edit and organize your rig, then play with your phone disconnected after syncing your sounds. Two built-in footswitches, including the clickable black Multiknob, provide direct access to 14 presets. USB MIDI control requires a compatible host.

Practice and write with the five-minute looper and overdubs, or use the chromatic tuner with output mute. Mono 1/4-inch input and output connect to your instrument rig. Power Stratus with center-negative 9V DC rated for at least 400mA; an isolated supply is recommended. Install the latest app and firmware to access current features.

• For guitar, bass and more: Shape your sound with electric guitar, bass, synths or electric violin. Save your favorite sounds as presets and switch between them hands-free.
• Hands-free preset control: Access 14 presets with two built-in footswitches: the silver switch and the black Multiknob, which also presses down as a footswitch. Once your sounds are installed and synced, play without a connected phone.
• Built-in looper and tuner: Record loops up to five minutes long and layer overdubs for practice, songwriting and performance. The chromatic tuner mutes the output while you tune.
• Bluetooth app editing: Use the Chaos Audio app for iOS and Android to arrange effects, adjust parameters and manage presets wirelessly. Bluetooth controls the pedal; instrument audio uses the wired input and output.
• USB MIDI integration: Switch presets, toggle effects and control parameters from a compatible MIDI controller through a USB MIDI host. USB-C supports firmware updates; install the latest app and Stratus firmware for current features.
• Compact pedalboard setup: A die-cast aluminum enclosure with mono 1/4-inch input and output fits into guitar and bass rigs. Use a center-negative 9V DC supply rated for at least 400mA; an isolated power output is recommended.
