1967 D12-20 in good player condition. It has lacquer checking over the whole thing. It looks really good and even if you’re into the rustic and relic look. The 20 is know for being a little more focused and tighter than the more expensive Martin’s which works real well for outdoors. The E string height off the 12th fret it at 8/64 inch. So should be fine for folk revival, country and classic bluegrass rhythm, or acoustic blues and slide guitar. If you like it closer it’s in Eb tuning in the pics so filing the saddle down on the bridge can get it down where someone might want it. The saddle is about 8/64 inch off the bridge so plenty there to work with. Other than that tune it to C#. Comes with the original case. It in good shape as well. Need anything let me know.
