I'm selling my all-time favourite guitar due to having too many guitars, not enough time and other priorities. :)

Here's a heavily modded Ibanez AR300 in BS option with one of the hottest, thick flame maple caps.
This is a 2005 model, Korean-made AR300. I bought this from Reverb in mint condition for around 800€. However, the previous owner did not mention it or even check the frets. The original frets were almost unplayed, but severely pokey because they were not being played.

First, I took it to a local luthier; however, I didn't really like his fretwork. Unfortunately, I lost around 200€.

Then I found a boutique-level luthier based in Bratislava, Werne Guitars, and he refretted and adjusted everything on the guitar. The frets are medium-jumbo, nickel silver.

As I never liked the stock pickups and electronics, I decided to change everything on this guitar.
List of components and parts changed below;

• Custom-order Seymour Duncan Zebra Full Shred, Bridge and Neck
• 4xCTS pots (audio + linear) for volume and tone pots
• Orange drop capacitors
• Gotoh bridge and tailpiece
• HB Amber knobs and switch tip

As I mentioned, this was my all-time favourite; it's one of the best in-between designs that would sit right in between an LP and an SG design, featuring the best features of both iconic designs. Extremely resonant, with acoustic volume from the dark rosewood board and the mahogany body, with a sweet sizzle coming from the maple top (it's a real maple top; please check photos).

To be fully transparent with you, in total, I spent around 1400EUR on this guitar (guitar included!). Doesn't come with a gig bag, but I can ship it in a double box, which is the industry standard for shipping guitars.

I have tried to keep the price fair, so no offers on this. There are play marks, scratches, and dings, as this is a used instrument. If the pictures are not enough, please contact me and ask for more details before you order.
