Last of the affordable fully professional live analog desks! 

The GB8 series 40 channel plus boards were geared for live concert mixing, but were still compact enough to double as an affordable home studio console. The preamp section is top notch! 

I've used this on quite a few live gigs over the years and its been flawless. Cosmetics are excellent, and its missing nothing. There is no external power supply needed for the GB8 series. An expensive redundant external power supply was optional as a backup, but I've never needed one. It's been a very reliable investment, and should provide years of reliable mixing for the new owner. Mixer weighs 82 Lbs. 

Included in the price is a 125 Lb anvil road case on wheels that fits this 82 Lb 40 channel mixer perfectly. Its the only way to ship this mixer safely. 

The mixer can be shipped in this road case for as low as $250, but it must be via freight. UPS, FEDEX, etc, cant be used because the mixer, when enclosed in the 100 plus Lbs. road case which stands 6.6 feet tall, exceeds the common carrier weight limits of 150 lbs. 

To obtain the $250 ship rate, the quote requires the buyer to pick up the mixer directly at the shippers terminal hub which is closest to their home. As much as 50% of the shipping costs can be saved by using this option! If you need door to door service, the price will most likely double! 

So, if you reside close to any major city, you should be in the $250 range for delivery to your area. Great news for the City of Los Angeles users, as this can can be delivered direct to your door for only $200, because my freight forwarder Company is located in L.A.!
