I’m selling a late 90s Gibson Les Paul Special in classic Ebony. This is a great guitar with some normal wear from use over the years—nothing major at all (see photos for minor wear). It played alright and sounds good but it's been sitting for a bit. It will definitely benefit from a cleanup, a fresh setup, and a new set of strings to get it playing exactly how you like it.
A couple of quick notes:
- Strap Pegs: The previous owner slightly loosened the strap pegs (most likely to accommodate a thicker leather strap). I'm leaving them as-is so you can adjust them to your preference.
- Case: It comes with an unoriginal hardshell case that fits the guitar well and will keep it safe during transit.
