Lightly used. Hard to believe this is a 10 year old amp. The handle is flaking some but there are not many other indications of wear. This amp has never been gigged.
The Astorias are modern classics from Marshall. If you are reading this, you probably already know what you are looking at (and how rare these amps are.) This is a two channel amp. The clean channel borrows from the Astoria Classic and the driven channel borrows from the Astoria Custom. The Astorias were among the last amps Jim Marshall was involved with and approved. He apparently grew tired of hearing that Marshall could not compete with the “boutique“ amps.
It’s currently loaded with a Heritage G12-65 but I have the original Creamback in a box and you can choose either speaker. 30W 2xKT66, tube rectified, cathode biased, no NFB in the power section - it feels great. Dreamy tones straight in and with your pedals and a very transparent power reduction. It is a more “refined” Marshall and a great recording and gigging amp.
Selling as-described. This is the lowest-priced Astoria Dual on Reverb at the time of listing. Local pickup encouraged.
