Original black Mojave Audio MA-200 tube condenser microphone in exceptional condition. I purchased this microphone new around 2006 and am the original and only owner. It has spent its entire life in my personal studio and has never been toured or rented.

The microphone itself is exceptionally clean and very close to mint cosmetically. The body and grille are in beautiful condition with no dents or significant wear. Serial #20172. Please see the detailed photos, including the photo of the microphone’s internals and serial number.

Complete original package includes the MA-200 microphone, MA-2 power supply, original 7-pin microphone cable, IEC power cable, original shockmount, fitted aluminum microphone case, large fitted outer flight case, original MA-200 manual, and original case keys.

The power supply and cases show only minor age-appropriate cosmetic wear, as pictured. Overall, this is an exceptionally well-preserved, complete example of an early black MA-200.

Everything has been carefully stored and maintained in my personal studio.

About this early-production MA-200:
This is an original-era black MA-200 from the early production years, not a current-production example. The original MA-200 was David Royer’s first large-scale production tube condenser design for Mojave and used the original Royer-designed circuit with a military-grade JAN 5840 tube and Jensen output transformer. Current-production MA-200 specifications list a custom Mojave transformer, making these early Jensen-equipped examples a distinct version of the design.

This example is especially unusual to find in this condition and with such a complete original package: one owner from new, studio-only use, original microphone case, outer flight case, MA-2 power supply, shockmount, cable, manual and even the original case keys.
