This Powell 14k Aurumite headjoint has the Venti cut was developed by Paul Edmond-Davies and has a rich sound throughout the whole range of the flute. The high register in particular is very responsive and resonant.
The headjoint is made from a 14K gold tube interior that is fused to a sterling silver exterior. This creates a warm and focused sound without sacrificing projection.
