VisLM is the loudness meter for people whose delivery gets rejected if the number is wrong. It covers the standards that actually appear on delivery specifications and presents them in one resizeable interface.

The standards list is the reason to buy it: ITU-R BS.1770 revisions 1 through 4, EBU R128 and R128 S1, ATSC A/85 for the CALM Act, ARIB TR-B32, Netflix, and Leq(m) and Leq(a) alongside them. Momentary, short term and integrated loudness are all measured together, with True Peak level meters.

ReMEM is what separates it from a meter you watch. It is timecode-locked loudness memory holding up to 24 hours, so measurements attach to positions in the timeline rather than to the moment you happened to be looking. It supports automated loudness overdub, and flags and alerts are navigable after the fact.

It reaches up to 7.1.4 surround, and supports PlayStation and Xbox One loudness work as well as broadcast and post.
