The Complete Collection is every preset pack Tom Wolfe has made, in one licence. It spans his soundbanks for Omnisphere, Pigments, Diva, Hive, Zebra and Serum, and his effects preset collections for Valhalla, Soundtoys and D16.

Tom Wolfe's packs are the kind that get bought for a specific sound rather than for volume. The collections are built around ambient, cinematic, binaural and textural writing, which is why they tend to turn up in scoring and sound design work rather than in genre construction kits.

Bought individually these run from around $30 to $430 each, and the collection replaces all of them. It is a single perpetual licence covering the whole catalogue as it stands.

You need the host instruments themselves. These are presets and soundbanks, not instruments: a pack for Omnisphere requires Omnisphere, a pack for Pigments requires Pigments, and so on.
