Fender Custom Shop Time Machine ’56 Heavy Relic Stratocaster – White Blonde – 2014
Beautiful 2014 Fender Custom Shop Time Machine 1956 Heavy Relic Stratocaster in White Blonde, with an ash body and one-piece maple neck.
Serial number R75599, manufactured 2/5/2014. Fender has confirmed the guitar directly from its records as a “1956 HVREL STRAT ASH - WBL.”
The guitar features the substantial 10/’56 “Boat Neck” V-shaped maple neck with tinted nitrocellulose lacquer finish, a 9.5” fingerboard radius, 21 Dunlop 6105 narrow-jumbo frets, and a 1 11/16” nut.
It is equipped with three Fender Custom Shop Master Designed single-coil Stratocaster pickups, including a reverse-wound/reverse-polarity middle pickup, five-way switching, American Vintage synchronized tremolo, Fender/Gotoh vintage-style tuners, and an eight-hole single-ply parchment pickguard.
The thin nitrocellulose White Blonde finish received Fender’s factory Heavy Relic treatment, recreating the wear, checking, aging, hardware patina and character of a heavily played vintage Stratocaster.
The guitar is in excellent playing condition. All relic wear shown is consistent with the factory Heavy Relic treatment.
Includes the Fender hardshell case, original Fender Custom Shop Certificate of Authenticity, and other case candy/accessories as pictured.
