This is in the "blackout" black color variation. Desktop stand and USB cable are included. This is un-used in "open box" condition. However, the box itself has heavy wear from storage. So the contents are pristine, but the original box has a large portion of cardboard torn off on the top and side. It is "open box" condition with a box that has wear, with microphone itself essentially un-used.
