Erie Drums Semi-Solid Steambent -Jatoba (Brazilian Cherry) - Kit 2026

This is a one of a kind 3 piece Semi-Solid Steambent 2 ply drum set made of Jatoba (AKA Brazilian Cherry) wood. This is a shallow set and is super portable with a 20x9.5 bass drum, 12x6.5 rack tom, 15x8.5 floor tom. Jatoba is a dense hardwood that lends a focused tone with great projection for the smaller sizes and is super sensitive with the semi-solid construction. These sound great at a wide range of tunings and will fit in well with anything from jazz to harder rock with the right heads and tuning. Toms are currently set up with coated Ambassadors for full open sound (these are currently in rotational use so installed heads will show regular signs of use, these will also ship with a practically new set of 12" and 15" clear Evans G2 and G1 heads for toms). Bass drum is set up with Evans Emad batter, and a ported EQ3 resonant head.

There are some very mild blemishes on the bass drum, and a number of small gouges in the batter side bass drum hoop near the claw hooks (shown in the photos) from shipping. This is cosmetic and does not effect functionality of the drum in any way.
