I bought this Digitech Whammy IV about a decade ago used from my local Guitar Center in Detroit. I never had any issues with the pedal. It sat on my pedal board all these years stored in a hard case until I upgraded to a Whammy V last year. I never really gigged or dragged the pedal board out of the house too much so the pedal wasn't too abused during its time with me. The pedal comes with a power supply and has wear marks and chipping in the paint around the body. I've seen some people listing theirs as "very good" which look a lot worse than mine so you guys can be the judge. Tom Morello was a guitar hero of mine growing up so, I got this in his honor. Whether you're looking for one of these for that RATM sound or this new metal scene, you'll love it. It's amazing the sounds you can get out of them. Good luck and rock on.
