This Fender Custom Shop ’58 Strat Journeyman features a two-piece alder body finished in Candy Apple Red lacquer, with ’57-style deep body contours. The plain-grain maple neck has a ’54 Strat Soft V profile, measuring .880" at the first fret and 1.02" at the 12th, along with a 7.25"-9.5" compound radius and Narrow Tall 6105 fret wire.
Electronics consist of three Josefina hand-wound ’58 Strat Relic pickups, including dedicated neck/middle and bridge versions, paired with vintage ’54-’58 Strat controls and a 3-position Centralab selector. Relic hardware includes an American Vintage Strat bridge, parchment pickguard, vintage-style tuners, and matching aged appointments throughout.
