This pretty guitar was built by Les Korn who worked in about the 2000s and produced a number of hand made arch tops for the custom market. His build quality was substantial if naive in some ways. You can see in the last few photos some cosmetic anomalies which disqualified him from gaining a robust reputation for ultra high-grade instruments like the perfection achieved by makers such as Campellone, Comins, and Megas to name a few. Still they are on balance well built and this particular example has pleasing tone both acoustically and amplified. The pick up is I am guessing a Kent Armstrong and has unusual length which suggests to me that it was a 7-string model that he had on hand. Still, it has a sweet round tone and I found it easy to dial oin tones I would like on a gig. Nice acoustic volume. projection and snap.

The playability is good and a particular owner could easily set it up to their specific preferences.

The top has sunk a little as can be seen in the final 2 shots. I have several guitars of my own that have similarly dropped, have remained stable and have presented zero issues.

At it's low point it is about .033-.035" which is about the thickness of a D string for reference. So while it hasn't sunk much, and seems to be very stable, I felt I needed to mention it.

This axe would be a great gigging axe that is pretty to behold (striking eve) on the bandstand but not so precious that you would want to work with it a bunch
