The EVH 5150III Hypersonic 6L6 2x12 combo amp delivers authentic EVH tone in a lightweight, digitally-powered package. Advanced digital processing faithfully models the legendary all-tube 5150III, while a high-performance digital power amp provides the headroom and dynamic range of a real tube amplifier.
Paired with Celestion speakers and a closed-back plywood cabinet, the result is virtually indistinguishable tone, volume, and dynamics from the original (without the weight). Concentric EQ controls on channels one and two let you dial in your sound with precision, while independent noise gates per channel keep unwanted noise at bay.
The updated footswitch controls both reverb and effects loop selection for seamless live performance. A selectable power output ranges from full power down to five attenuated settings, perfect for any venue or recording session. Balanced XLR line output with integrated impulse response (IR) cabinet simulations ensures studio-quality tones direct to your interface or mixing console.
Silent recording and stage mute switch included.
