AKG C414 XLII Reference Multi-pattern Condenser Microphone – Excellent Condition
Genuine AKG C414 XLII in excellent, near-mint condition. Used only at home for personal recording/demos and never gigged or toured.
Comes with the original H85 shock mount, PF80 pop filter, W414 X windscreen, original metal carrying case and original AKG frequency response trace with serial number and production date code.
The microphone itself is exceptionally clean and has been very well looked after. The ‘XLII’ on the polar pattern button is also beginning to fade slightly (see photos). The only other notable cosmetic wear is on the metal carrying case, which has some superficial scratches/marks from being moved house several times. No impact on functionality. The bottom foam insert for the briefcase isn‘t included as I’ve lost it over the years.
