Overview: I've sold one of these and setup a few more. They're very comfortable basses and the necks feel great. The smaller body size means it doesn't sound as big as an 18" jumbo ABG (like, say, a Thunderchief) but the solid top and appropriately-sized bracing means their tone is great even if the volume is not in the same realm.

They will plug-in nicely and work well mic'd up for recording use, where I think having an ABG like this on hand is basically the best thing ever for a recording bassist -- you can "sub-in" to acoustic sessions and sound reasonably acoustic mic'd-up and playing on the quiet side compared to jacking-in an electric and sounding good but not "open air," if that makes sense.

Repairs included: This had a small tearout in the grain to the center-top of the bridge rear, but I've repaired that and it's hard to even notice, now. I've also given it a good setup and fit some lighter, 95w-35w nickel-wound strings as the original acoustic ones came unwound up at the headstock when retuning.
