Yamaha CS6x Control Synthesizer, made in Japan.

Fully working and tested. A great late-1990s Yamaha performance synth with a huge range of sounds and plenty of hands-on control.

This example also comes with the breath-controller accessory, which plugs into the dedicated BREATH input and allows expressive control of wind/brass-style sounds using your breath, as well as the mains power cable.
