Headstrong Lil’ King-S Reverb Head
Selling a Headstrong Lil-King S Reverb Head. Modeled after a Black Panel Princeton Reverb (AA1164 Circuit), but puts out more power (between 20-30 watts). Currently loaded with 6L6’s (pictured above) so putting out closer to 30 watts at the moment, but amp can be re bias and run on 6V6’s as well as KT-66’s, 77’s or 88’s. As for the condition of this amp, it’s in great shape. I’m not the original owner of this amp, but it has never left my smoke free home since I bought it. Great mid 60’s Fender tone. The reverb is lush and can go from textured/space filling to surf if you want it. Tremolo is smooth sounding and has a nice pulse to it.
Per Headstrong’s website, these go for $3300 brand new. I’d also prefer to keep this as a local transaction rather than shipping as thats always a mixed bag. Any questions, please feel free to let me know. Thx!
