Original 1986 Tama single bass drum pedal, made in Japan. The footplate is stamped "TAMA AICHI JAPAN". It came with a Tama Swingstar kit.
It has a ribbed cast footplate with a hinged heel, an orange strap drive with the strap intact and no visible fraying, a felt beater, an external coil spring with a tension adjuster, and the original hoop clamp.
I tested it and it works fine. I haven't played it much, so it isn't worn out from heavy use. Wear is what you'd expect from a pedal this age: surface corrosion and tarnish on the cast and plated parts, and light rust on the spring adjuster hardware. Nothing is broken or missing. It would clean up well with some polish and light oil, and it's an easy way to complete a vintage Tama kit or replace a missing pedal.
