This is a super clean 1959 Harmophone Super 130 Custom HiFidelity which is the OEM version of Magnatone 213 Troubadour / 214 Tonemaster . Magnatone did make OEM versions for multiple companies, but the Harmophone version appears to be the rarest. This piece is exceptionally clean for its age—almost “museum” condition—. It would be a real challenge to find a better-condition piece, for sure.
The original speaker did not sound very good, so I put a Fat Jimmy replacement speaker. I also replaced the torn leather handle and the original AC cord with new ones.
This amp sounds killer and is reliable. Loud and quiet. The legendary pitch shift vibrato sounds like dream. This amp has been a keeper of mine for a long time for the reasons.
