This Morgan 5L Alto Sax mouthpiece is a recent trade-in at Mike's Music and Sound. This mouthpiece is in good used condition. The facing is smooth, and original. There are very minor tooth indentations on the beak. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized. Pictures are the actual item for sale and not stock images. Mike's Music and Sound is a small family owned, single store and most of our inventory is on display for our customers to see and play.
