Crate V18 1x12 JCM 800 Modded
I modded this amp to sound like a JCM 800. This amp is awesome and loud. Thick, warm, crunchy sound, not as bright as a normal JCM 800. I also included some mods from Headfirst Amplification, a builder in Australia. The parts included:
- new reverb tank
- new el84 tubes
- new output transformer
- replaced preamp tube electrolytic caps
- used Orange Drop Capacitors
- new Marshall style black knobs.
- has a Celestion Greenback Speaker! Made in England.
