1978 Greco EG-500 Les Paul Standard built in Japan by FujiGen Gakki, featuring classic Les Paul-style construction, a comfortable medium-profile neck, and a substantial 8 lb 12 oz weight. The EG-500 is part of Greco's highly regarded late-1970s lineup of Japanese-built Les Paul-style guitars.

The guitar has the familiar single-cutaway design and vintage-inspired appointments associated with the Les Paul Standard, combined with the craftsmanship of FujiGen's Japanese production during this period.

Condition

The guitar is in good overall condition for its age, with light scratches, small dings, and minor surface marks consistent with normal use over the years.

It has been professionally set up in-house, including a fresh set of strings, full cleaning and polish, fingerboard conditioning, potentiometer cleaning, and adjustment to a comfortable low-to-medium action.

The neck is straight, the frets have plenty of life remaining, and the guitar plays very well with comfortable action throughout the fingerboard.
