This made in Japan Epiphone LPC-80 Les Paul Custom plays and sounds great! This one features the classic "open book" headstock and was exclusively made for the Japanese domestic market. The example has been upgraded with a set of Seymour Duncan SH-1/SH-5 humbuckers and the neck has a comfortably slim profile.

This guitar is in excellent shape, especially for its age! It shows normal cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional small dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The binding around the neck and body has aged nicely from over time and the gold hardware shows normal patina that is also consistent with aging. The frets exhibit only normal light play wear with plenty of life along the neck and the electronics work as they should.

The pickups are a set of Seymour Duncan SH-1/SH-5 humbuckers, otherwise this guitar is original.
