1999 Epiphone B.B. King Lucille Semi-Hollowbody – Black – Hardshell Case

1999 Epiphone B.B. King Lucille semi-hollowbody electric guitar in classic black, based on the legendary guitar played by blues icon B.B. King. This model combines the traditional semi-hollow design with a versatile pickup and Varitone system, making it equally well suited to blues, jazz, rock, and everything in between.

The Lucille features a 5-ply layered maple body and top, paired with a maple set neck and smooth ebony fingerboard. The semi-hollow construction provides a full, resonant character while the solid center-block construction helps keep the guitar controlled at higher volumes.

The guitar is equipped with two humbucking pickups, along with independent volume and tone controls and a 6-position Varitone switch for additional tonal shaping. The LockTone Tune-o-matic bridge provides solid sustain and reliable tuning stability, while gold hardware, Grover Rotomatic tuners, and the distinctive Lucille appointments give this guitar its unmistakable appearance.

Additional B.B. King details include the Lucille headstock inlay and brass truss rod cover engraved with B.B. King's name.
