Vintage Martin 50s Tenor Ukulele

This is a wonderful Martin Tenor Ukulele with incredibly good volume and tone. Originally purchased from Elderly Instruments with some professional repairs visible. I have upgraded it by installing deluxe Gotoh UPT Tuning Machines, a Genuine Martin soft zip case, and Ebony Bridge Pins with pearl dots. The upgrade valued at over $300.00. There are numerous small marks and several closed cracks visible throughout. The trebles are crystal clear, and all the strings resonate superbly in unison, with help from the Hannabach Goldin Super-Carbon String Set that I installed. The action is superb. It plays like a dream which cannot be said fro the vast number of Martin Ukes. Despite it's age and repaired condition it has a beautiful appearance, with the Brazilian Rosewood fretboard and bridge adding a warmth that cannot be duplicated. I will be losing money on this.
