2016 Swart AST Pro — Celestion Alnico Cream + Original G12H-30 Anniversary + Brand-New Swart Night Light

I am selling my 2016 Swart AST Pro in excellent condition.

The amp currently has a brand-new Celestion Alnico Cream 12” speaker installed, and it sounds absolutely fantastic. The Alnico Cream gives the AST Pro a rich, warm, articulate voice while retaining the touch sensitivity and harmonic character these amps are known for.

I am also including the original Celestion G12H-30 Anniversary speaker that came with the amp, so the buyer gets both speaker options with the amplifier.

The complete package includes:

The amplifier itself has no modifications or alterations. The only change is the speaker replacement described above.

The AST Pro is Swart’s larger version of the Atomic Space Tone, with a deeper cabinet, recessed chassis, enlarged rear port and switchable external speaker output. It is an approximately 18–20 watt, all-tube, hand-wired amplifier, with tube-driven reverb and tremolo. It can run 6V6 or 6L6-family power tubes. 

The Celestion Alnico Cream currently installed is an 8-ohm, 90-watt Alnico speaker. It is a particularly nice pairing with the AST Pro, providing a warm, detailed and three-dimensional response. A new one currently sells for roughly $280–$335. 

The original G12H-30 Anniversary is also an 8-ohm speaker, rated at 30 watts with a ceramic magnet and 100 dB sensitivity. This is the speaker that originally came with this particular AST Pro. Celestion describes the G12H Anniversary as having strong low end, powerful low mids and pronounced upper-mid attack. 

The brand-new Swart Night Light is included as well. It is designed specifically for amplifiers such as the AST Pro and provides attenuation so the amp can be driven into its sweet spot at more manageable volume levels. 

Condition: Excellent.

No circuit modifications, no alterations and no changes to the amplifier itself. The Alnico Cream is the only speaker change. The original G12H-30 Anniversary is included with the sale, so the amp can easily be returned to its original speaker configuration.

This is a complete AST Pro package with two excellent Celestion speaker choices plus a brand-new Swart Night Light, rather than having to purchase those pieces separately.
