Body: Original Olympic white finish
Neck: Maple neck with a small-medium “C” profile, 1 5/8” wide nut, maple cap fretboard, 7.25” radius, and dot inlays, transition logo.
Pickups/Hardware: original Kluson deluxe tuners which work perfectly, two original untouched single-coil pickups (rated at 6.2 kOhms in the neck and 6.3 k in the bridge), original three-way pickup selector switch, and original volume and tone controls (CTS pots date to 42nd week of 1966).
Cosmetic Condition: The Olympic white finish has aged to a beautiful shade of yellow. The top has a few dings, one finish chip, several light scratches, as well as some nice finish wear along the edges. The back and sides are generally free of buckle rash for the age of this guitar; overall are in fantastic shape. The neck is smooth and glossy, with an odd touch of overspray to protect the fingerboard.
Playability: Blows your mind! Best Telecaster I've ever owned. Tone and playability suited for Nashville session cats. The strings are nice and low, (.10's on low E), and have all the spank and tone you expect from a vintage Telecaster. The frets have tons of play wear.
