Seymour Duncan SH-5 & SH-4 JB Humbucker Set Player’s Grade - Zebra

Up for sale is a classic, hard-hitting Seymour Duncan humbucker player set consisting of an SH-4 JB Modeland an SH-5 Duncan Custom. Theses were in an Epiphone LP Custom that met an untimely end. If you are looking for a pristine, showroom-ready set, these aren't it. But if you want a pair of rock-solid, killer-sounding Duncans with plenty of lead wire left for any installation, you’ve found them! 

Cosmetic Condition:
These pickups are definitely "player grade" and cosmetically scuffed up. They show noticeable surface scratches, pick wear, and minor tarnishing on the pole pieces from actual stage and studio use. The visual wear is strictly cosmetic and does not affect their performance, tone, or structural integrity whatsoever.

Wiring & Installation:
Both pickups feature 4-conductor wiring, making them fully ready for coil-splitting, series/parallel, or phase-switching setups. Crucially, the leads are cut long, leaving you with more than enough length to easily route and solder them into Gibson, Fender, or any other style of guitar without having to extensions. 

Specifications & Ohm Readings:
Both pickups have been fully tested, operate perfectly, and read strong on the multimeter:

Bridge-~16 Ohms— The ultimate high-output bridge pickup, famous for its singing highs, aggressive upper-midrange crunch, and great sustain.

Neck-~14 Ohms — A beefed-up, hot-rodded PAF tone featuring compressed dynamics, tight low-end, and a punchy attack that handles drop tunings incredibly well.
