Overview: I've known this 12-string for a while as it's a buddy's guitar. It's served him well since new but he's not been playing it, lately, so he brought it in for sale. He had it strung "Rickenbacker" style with the basses first for a long time and a few years ago I had done some work to it to get it playing nice again, and also fit a K&K pickup with a passive volume control to replace a damaged original pickup. It arrived back here playing just as well as when it left, though it needed a saddle compensated for normal stringing and desperately needed some fresh strings.
It's a good, practical instrument with a warmer, rounder sound and the Florentine cutaway gives access to a few more frets and gives it a "cutaway J-185" look.
Repairs included: Jake Too (I've been calling him Jacobi thus far) made a new, fully-compensated saddle, repaired a small hairline crack near the soundhole, gave it a fresh set of strings, and dialed-in the setup. Previously, I'd given it a level/dress of the frets, some saddle work, and replaced the damaged original pickup with a new K&K pickup. It's playing spot-on and ready to go.

Condition notes: There's a repaired hairline crack to the treble side of the fretboard at the soundhole. The bridge saddle is a replacement and string ramps have been added at the bridge to increase back angle on the saddle from the rear-deck strings. There are mild scuffs and scratches here and there throughout and there's a little "ghosting" to the clearcoat in spots. The worst of it are a couple of dings at the bass waist on the top.
It comes with: As I recall, this has a decent hard case with it.
