First Year 2008 Fender Road Worn ’50s Telecaster in Blonde with maple neck. Great lightweight, super resonant vintage-style Tele with the naturally aged nitro finish and all original hardware characteristic of the early Road Worn series.
Guitar plays well and has a particularly lively, open acoustic response. Bridge pickup has a great raw classic Tele breakup sound, while the neck and middle positions are smooth, bell-like and airy.
Includes a lightweight gig bag.
The neck pickup can become microphonic and squeal at higher gain/volume when positioned near the amplifier. It sounds and functions normally otherwise. Moving farther from the amp substantially reduces it.
I have priced the guitar accordingly and am mentioning this for full disclosure.
Factory Road Worn finish has extensive intentional aging/relic wear as pictured. Rare and highly collectible. Please review photos for condition.
