Offered here is a beautiful, all-original 1979 Fender Stratocaster in classic Sunburst, including original hardshell case, hang tags & tremolo arm.

This vintage Strat has all the unmistakable character of a late-'70s Fender, with its iconic contoured alder body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard, original gray-bottom single-coil pickups, 5-way switching, and synchronized tremolo bridge. All original parts (photos of electronics available). Body and neck show playwear throughout including some nicks, marks dings and scratches (please see photos). Nut appears to be updated, guitar might have been professionally refretted with period-correct frets that have plenty of life left. Back of headstock is currently signed by Walter Trout (John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers, Canned Heat), can be removed if desired.

An especially appealing example for the vintage Fender collector, it is accompanied by its original Fender hard-shell case and original hang tags, making for a particularly complete package.
