Furman PB48 Balanced 1/4" Patch bay. Works great. Older design but dead simple. You unscrew the front panel and reverse the individual channel cards to change the normalling. What more can you say? It's a patch bay.
Cosmetic condition is good but it does have the usual rack rash. See pictures for condition.
