This is 2 of 2. A gently used BLUE Kiwi switchable pattern FET microphone. They are no longer made, but the mic still stands out as one of the best! It is on par or better than a Neumann U87 but with a sound more clear like an AKG 414. You can use it on ANYTHING and it will sound rich and clear with plenty of smooth high end, deep lows and a flat mid-range.
This was made during the Skipper Wise era.
It has sat in it's box for 3 years as I am not doing that kind of studio work anymore. Great mic a great value. This one has ever-so-sight blemishes on the green paint from going in and out of the mic mount.
Comes with original mic mount and padded blue-lined cherry box.
**PLEASE NOTE: I cannot find the capsule transport pins. So I am marking this for LOCAL PICKUP ONLY!** Sorry. I wish I could ship it, but I have read too many sad stories of capsules getting loose.
