Up for offer is a 90th Anniversary 4005XC bass from Rickenbacker. The bass is about 5 years old and near mint. I am the original owner. I chose this one among several at Wildwood for the light weight and I liked the fingerboard on this one the most.
The workmanship and materials is a step above their standard basses. You get Toasters, the checkered binding, much better looking inlays and the cool silver case with the blue interior. They did such a great job on these.
Jetglo is a rare finish for the bass. It was quite hard to photograph because it is so reflective.
As is common with Rics, there is a little milkiness by some of the frets from the lacquered board and the pickup selector is slightly stubborn.
