Here’s one of the PRS 1999 Guitar books that is new in the wrapper. A few spots on the edges has rubbed through the plastic from being moved around the house for 27 years. Please see pics. I never throw around the term rare, but this is one time where I think the term is warranted. Own a rare piece of history at a fair price.
