This 20" cymbal is an early prototype for an upcoming series and features a completely raw finish. Thick enough to ride yet thin enough to crash, it offers a wide range of musical possibilities with a dark response and hot, dry stick definition. It excels at fast accents, expressive crash/ride playing, and delivers plenty of raw, primitive power.
For an entirely different voice, the cymbal can also be suspended from its two holes and struck with a gong mallet, producing an amazing earthy, fiery roar with deep, organic character.
