I think the condition is overall very good but I put good just in case. It has minor imperfections like some of the pics that looks like dirty abit around the neck (I'm going to see if I can get this out it's minor tho) but plays amazing when you put on new strings and levels out well with balance of tone when hooked up to a amp. It is a acoustic electric for those wanting to know. This guitar overall is between 950-1000$ brand new so the sell price is very good for what I'm selling it for and the action of the strings are great as well. The hard case is with it as well. I really didn't want to sell it because I love how it plays but I decided to because of financial situations.
